Variation 1
During the game if someone rolls the
dice and either one or both dice roll off the table, then that
person becomes the 'village idiot' and has to drink every time
the three man drinks.
This person stays the 'village idiot'
until a new three man is chosen. |

Variation 2
If someone rolls doubles, they get to roll again.
If they roll doubles three times in a row, they get to make up a
rule.
Example: No one is allowed to say the word 'drink'.
If they do
their penalty is to take a drink.
Other rules may be made up and
continue throughout the game.
If anyone forgets any of the
rules, they have to drink. |
